Mark’s primary areas of expertise include transportation operations and safety, hours of service, and ELD requirements. Kathy Close has worked at J. J. Keller & Associates since 1999. She began her career in the Managed Services Department, acting as a third-party administrator auditing driver’s qualification files and managing DOT drug and alcohol testing programs. Since 2002, she has been in the role of transportation editor responsible for developing and updating materials for a variety of new and existing products. Kathy has two primary areas of emphasis in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations: driver’s qualification files and DOT drug and alcohol testing.
